Premium names are separate
A plan covers the service. A premium name is a one-time purchase of scarce inventory, because there is exactly one of each.
Pricing follows scarcity: the shorter the name and the more universally wanted the word, the higher it is. Three-letter names are the scarcest things on the domain and are priced that way. Most names are not premium at all and are included free.
Check any name on the claim page and you will see its real classification and price — never a guess, always the live value from our inventory.
Questions
Is the free tier really free?
Yes, and it stays that way. A forwarding address costs us almost nothing to run, which is exactly why we can offer it without an asterisk. We would rather have you on a free name than not have you.
What happens if I downgrade?
Your mailbox reverts to forwarding and you keep your name. Mail already in the mailbox stays available to export for 30 days.
Do you refund?
Subscriptions: cancel any time and you keep the rest of the period. We do not pro-rate partial periods. Premium names: final once provisioned, because the name leaves inventory permanently at that moment. If we fail to provision something you paid for, you get a full refund.
Will prices change?
Possibly — these are launch prices. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice before any change affects them.
